Transformational Spirituality — East and West

The Vedic Literature and The Ancient Tradition of the Veda Part – Two

As to the Vedic Science of Self-aware practice via Self-inquiry, non-dualism; for me, as I am reinventing myself, and am coming into the real essence of me, the real essence of what the Sattvic value truly means in my life that I have an inner awareness identified! Consequently, I have been able to enliven my journey through the process of that which is the nature that is of self-inquiry). The innermost value is the most conducive to deepening a personal journey that one is enabling self to the deepest parts of the integration one learns, the process to 1) Self-inquiry nature is particularly important and 2) deepening to a lifelong active listening process in one’s journey.

. The many valleys and mountain paths I have taken in the Western tradition, and nature (Self-inquiry) have opened me to the skill of what active listening is all about, I am better than ever before now.

So, the process in the Vedic tradition of 1) Self-inquiry and 2) as well as my kriya yoga has made the deepening parts to active listening in one’s journey potentiating the Sattvic level the (aspect of truth) in this practice has enabled me to not only appreciate my true-life contemplative expression but to name and claim it.

Moreover, the Vedic life according to Vedic values has enabled me to balance or integrate physical systems via the Vedic Science/Ayurveda, using Mantric and Tantric healing models to contribute towards synergistic wholeness in life. As a Shakta and Siddha yogi, my lifestyle to the process skill of [Self-inquiry] remains as part of a tested, not only a life experience of meditation for more than 30 years but I also listen at a deeply spiritual and cosmic life level that has allowed me to see and realize in the process have cultivated and articulated which has been and continues to embody a depth relationship within and throughout my life.  Furthermore, the nature of physiology is a mirror of cosmic intelligence, reflecting the infinite value of the connections within and among all beings, both at the micro and macro levels of creation. Subsequently, the dynamics of interaction, springing from consciousness as well as physiology, unleashes encoded messages toward life-giving human potential and eventually fulfillment of goals and dreams. For most of my adult life, I have been following a personal call to a place of researching cosmic consciousness, my own. Besides, this is where my creative intelligence to listen to the experience and follow the discernments of one’s mind animates consciousness and body simultaneously to rightful living.

Ancient Vedic Literature written in the ancient Sanskrit text is said to be well over six thousand years old. For me, it is much older, for sure! It speaks of a spiritual consciousness that is not dismantled by concrete experience but is enlivened through one’s process. This literature demonstrates how to be peaceful within a spiritual call of passion for unity, and, enables me to integrate moments of grace with the Beloved Mother, of integrating mystical experiences, and of listening to oneself in the search for ultimate reality. This experience of complexity is also an experience of “oneness” as integration toward unity consciousness.

In moving toward this passion for unity, one learns about the “three in one” value which refers to a process of unfolding three interrelated elements: sound in speech, music, and singing or playing an instrument or listening to the lotuses of each Chakra; clearing karmas. In the action of speech, there is (1) the voice that springs from breath; (2) the pronunciation of words signifying prayer/ Sanskrit Mantra; and (3) the movement of the body as in the action of breathing, calming, deeper and deeper, or a sound signified as the incoming breath and the outgoing breath (Agni), where one can know the silent but dynamic transmuting effect at the mind, body, and spirit. There is also a silent action that occurs at various levels within the system of oneself, to which the physiology responds, i.e., seeing, hearing, speaking, and feeling. All work naturally towards fulfilling human potential.

Thus it is the practice of prayer and deep meditation, that brings one to the depth of concentration and allows the sadhana practice utilizing the tools, such as personal pranayama, kriya/mantric, and tantric yoga practices that can follow the call of the contemplative and monastic tradition and in deep meditation state come to the state of [nothing]; the mystical and the transcendent. This will move one towards understanding the mystery of their relationship to oneself, God, and others.

As such the real meaning of what source value; Sat-(truth)-Chit-(Shakti)-Ananda bliss can offer the Sadhak, such as myself, only one thing, and that is the absolute truth, the abode of the One, resonate the Sattvic quality given me. This alludes to the most inner value that I am giving to others as an authentic Sadhak, and helper, not only am I enriched by the inner light for myself, but I, in turn, can give to others that same “inner light” for those who are seeking this deeper value of the Sattvic Life shared.
