My book released.
A Journey Through Self-Transformation for Service as Minister
by Edward A. del Arroyo
An Excerpt to the Introduction of my book:
My Near Death Experience spoke to me of the power of awareness, and the clarity of being, that in the process of suffering in life, one comes from possible disintegration to a synthesis of integration towards wholeness. I have honored the path of integration toward wholeness, a path open to others who wish to move from the negativity of disintegration. All of the practices in which I engaged can be put to the service of others: (breathing, meditation, use of sound, theological reflection). The various forms of meditation and practices of mindfulness with prayer and use of Shabdha yoga, (the Yoga of Breath), have nurtured the deepest parts of my spirit and can also move others towards renewal, affecting the physiological, psychological, and spiritual realities of one’s being, and freeing one for effective ministry. This book will attend to the process of assisting others to become increasingly more whole. The tools mentioned above are: breath, sound, meditation, and thought. The more fully integrated the minister becomes, the more he or she is free to lead others along the path of integration and transformation to one’s vocation or call in life.
