Sessions:
Preface –
I felt a time in 2017 to write my personal meditation experience of the unfoldment of my life’s spiritual journey. At the time did not want to write a diary, as it were! On the other hand, I did not have the time to do it anyway. I was at the end of my hospital chaplaincy and thought to wait until I completed my chaplaincy before I started to write. First, I did not have time. Second, it was full-time work, and I had to commit to it. The work was very time-consuming and took my time away from writing. So, thought of a more proper time to devote my complete attention to writing.
9/23/18 – This time was the perfect time to write, but still was not sure what my intention was. Although, I did document incidental notes I had written and felt a need to share. Incidentally, I bought a book written by Swami Muktananda, called “Play of Consciousness,” A Spiritual Autobiography, published by Siddha Foundation. I looked over the book, and it perfectly matched my thoughts of my consciousness and seemed to come at the right time. His book speaks to the dynamics of our nature that offers a personal lens, enabling one to a step-by-step play to meditation, a way to an unfolding transcendental way to freedom awakening consciousness to one’s spiritual realization.
Prelude: This speaks to the way of life I have sought all my life since before birth, I recall so well, even to this day; I was in this state of consciousness, what is called “Asamprajnata Samadhi,” in Sanskrit, awakened to return into consciousness toward becoming and to finalize the soul’s journey. I had automatically volunteered not knowing why or where I was to go. I was in bliss but knew it was for Seva (service) that I volunteered.
Times such as these are the reason I have returned. To help and to heal for the times ahead of us. Right now, we are experiencing an increase in natural disasters as we have witnessed already, with the fires on the West Coast, also in the PNW and the East Coast, not to mention the earthquakes that are happening in Mt. Adams, in WA. State.
Since completing chaplaincy in 2016, I decided to devote my time to my early mornings to meditate and pray on the notion of Self-analysis. So, during this time, I can tell you the depth of this practice has allowed me to come to resolve karmas not only from this life but also from past events
